CONSCIOUS UNION WITH GOD
Many are praying to have various human problems resolved or to receive some kind of healing. The ultimate goal of the spiritual journey is that of God consciousness wherein we experience ONENESS WITH HIM with no hindrances or barriers whatsoever. The human race as a whole has lost the Edenic state and is wandering aimlessly, feeding on the husks of materialism. Multitudes are empty inside—always seeking and not finding satisfaction in anything in the realm of matter. That is what the parable of the Prodigal Son is all about—humanity losing its way but at some point finding its way back into the arms of Divine Love. Not until we reach the point in our spiritual journey where there is ONLY ONE THING THAT WE DESIRE AND ONE THING THAT WE SEEK will we reach God consciousness (see Psalm 27:4). IT TAKES FULL DEDICATION AND CONSECRATION to truly EXPERIENCE the Divine Presence in which every human need will be met (see Matthew 6:33). The Scriptures are full of admonitions to help us along the way but few are heeding them (read Jeremiah 29:13; Matthew 7:12-14, 22-23; 13:44). There are a lot of very shallow and misleading teachings found in the world of spirituality but Jesus said that His sheep would hear His voice (John 10:27).
